Baked Tilapia

This is a light fish dish that is still low in calories and full of flavor. If you are a fish fan, give this dish a try.
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 and lightly spray a backing pan with non-stick spray
Step 2
Put all fillets in a bowl with the vinegar, lemon juice and the olive oil and mic it well
Step 3
One at a time, bread the fillet
Step 4
Bake the fish for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Once the fish starts to lightly flake away under light pressure, it is done
This dish pairs great with black beans and cilantro lime rice. (Substitute brown rice for a healthier choice)
