Herb-Roasted Potatoes

These savory taters are a great side dish or even better when used in The Man’s Salad.
Ingredients
- 2 medium organic red potatoes with skin, coarsley chopped
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked, black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Scatter chopped potatoes in a glass baking dish (I find that a pie dish works nicely).
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to glass baking dish and toss, making sure to evenly coat potatoes.
Step 4
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft.
Step 5
Enjoy!
