This side dish is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you are a fan of dill weed, and love red potatoes, then this recipe is a must try.
Ingredients
- 4 medium cubed red potatoes
- 1/8 diced large white onion (more or less depending on size and your taste)
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- Dill Weed
- Cayenne Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Sea Salt
Method
Step 1
Cube the red potatoes
Step 2
Place potatoes in a bowl and add oil
Step 3
While you have a pan heating over medium, spray the pan lightly with non stick spray
Step 4
Season the potatoes generously with the spices and onion (to your taste)
Step 5
Mix all ingredients and then put the potatoes in the large skillet and cover
Step 6
Cook till potatoes are soft, occasionally flipping potatoes so that all sides cook
Step 7
Once cooked through, remove lid and lightly brown the potatoes, then serve
