Roasted Rosemary Pork

Ingredients
- Minced garlic in oil
- Fresh rosemary
- Pork loin
- 1/2 cup of white wine (I prefer a nice Pino Grigio)
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2
Rub pork with garlic and rosemary (add 1tsp oil if using fresh garlic)
Step 3
Add wine
Step 4
Leave uncovered and place in the oven till the pork is no less than 140 F and no more than 160 F. (About 1 hour)
Step 5
Check temp and serve if ready
